Samuel Kwame Boadu, a renowned expert in the field of digital marketing and founder of SamBoad Business Group Limited on 28th October 2023, conducted a comprehensive training session for insurance agents of Priority Insurance Company Limited from Brong Ahafo and Ashanti region. The session focused on enhancing the insurance agents’ skills in branding, digital marketing strategies, and the effective use of WhatsApp Business tools. The one day training session brought together insurance agents hailing from the vibrant Ashanti Region, representing towns such as Obuasi, Bekwai, Santasi, Juaso, Konongo, Agona, Effiduase, Kronom, Tafo, Bantama, Suame, Bibiani, Kwamo, Kumasi, as well as agents from the Brong Ahafo Region, including Sunyani, Techiman, Brekum, Wenchi, Atebubu, Goaso, Sampa, Kintampo, and Nkoranza.
Mr. Charles Adu-Antwi, the Northern Sector Manager, Mr. Frank Ofori Agyekum, the Ashanti Regional Manager, Mr. Abass Yakubu, the Brong Ahafo Regional Manager and Mr. Ernest Danquah, the Head of Retail and Agency and staff from the two regional offices of Priority Insurance Company Limited, also attended the training, which took place at the Suame Office Premises.
One of the highlights of the training was the participation of the regional managers, each of whom provided invaluable insights into how agents could apply these newly acquired tools to their daily activities. The session commenced with Samuel Kwame Boadu’s informative presentation on branding and its significance in the insurance industry. Samuel emphasized that a strong brand presence can create a lasting impression and help agents stand out in a competitive market.
Samuel delved into the intricacies of digital marketing, touching upon strategies such as social media branding, digital marketing strategies, and content creation. Mr. Ernest Danquah, Head of Retail and Agency further answered questions from agents, providing additional clarity on important topics. This interactive exchange further enriched the agents’ understanding of the material presented and also insights on how management of Priority Insurance Company Limited are doing everything they can to continuously equip their agents with every vital tool to help them sell.
As the training concluded, the agents left the venue with a deeper understanding of the power of branding and digital marketing.
